The domain matures the Châteauneuf du Pape's wines in tuns.
In January or February, when the vinification is over, we put the wine in our storehouse.
The traditional tuns, of a capacity varying from 30 hectolitres to 65 hectolitres, bring roundness and smooth to the wines, thanks to a moderate oxygenation.
The ageing lasts at least 12 months in our cellars.
Then we realize the bottling according to our markets.
