Harvests

Our production of red Châteauneuf du Pape is elaborated from a selection of three grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

Our picking is manual, with a rigorous sorting of grapes. They start in September after the so called “ban des vendanges”. They are done after numerous tests, the maturation process being followed up step by step.

The maximum yield allowed in the appellation decree is less than 35 hectolitres per hectare.

Grapes are picked in buckets and then emptied in retorts so that they are not squashed. Finally, grapes are brought along to the domain.
